Shelters across Southern California are overflowing with puppies and rescues are stretched thin. The shelter is no place for any animal to live out their days, let alone grow up in it. C.A.R.L. does not want to stand idly by while our shelter partners need our help. For every $175 raised, C.A.R.L. will rescue a puppy, place them in a foster home with everything they need for complete medical care, training and love to prepare them for adoption. With a complete sponsorship of a puppy at $175, you will be able to name a puppy! Complete sponsorship is of course not necessary, as there is no donation too small.
